M. Kevin McGee

M. Kevin McGee is an analyst at Capital Policy Analytics. McGee is a professor emeritus of economics at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a former elected member of the Oshkosh city council. McGee recently authored a book on tax policy, “Making Tax Sense: The Case for a Progressive Consumed-Income Tax.” His scholarly research on economics covers a wide range of issues—from immigration to taxes.
McGee earned his B.A. in mathematics from Ohio Dominican College as well as his M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from The Ohio State University.
